By accessing or using MyCaseWatch, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
MyCaseWatch provides case status checks and optional alerts by querying the official USCIS Case Status API for users who supply a valid USCIS receipt number.
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. USCIS receipt numbers are treated as personally identifiable information (PII) and are used solely to retrieve case status from the USCIS Case Status API.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. MyCaseWatch is not affiliated with USCIS or the U.S. Government. Users should verify official case information directly with USCIS.
We may update these terms as the service expands. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
